Don't mess with Bill (No, no, no, no) Don't mess with Bill (Don't mess with Bill) Say it one more time (Don't mess with Bill)
You cast a long shadow, around these parts, Bill! This melody written by Victor Young is sung by Jane Russell in the 1955 Raoul Walsh's western movie of the same title: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wgebW... Harmonicas: Hohner Golden Melody in G and C. The Tall Men (country-western) harmonica
Today is trash day in my part of this little town, when the big trucks come by and empty our plastic barrel set out on the street to be emptied. But we did not get our trash out. Our son normally puts our trash out unless our help works on Mondays then he or she puts it out. But we haven’t had any help for the past month due too weather, covid exposure, or the agency unable to keep enough employees. So we’ll have lots of trash next week.
Something else has changed the past three months. Since I no longer get out of the house, I no longer get dressed. I wear my pajama bottoms and a tee shirt. That way I don’t get short of breath changing. My son is buying our groceries. He dropped off some on our porch before we got up. He got everything on my list except the frozen dinners. With all these shortages and empty shelves, buying groceries is an ongoing hassle. But we are all up to the task so far. Trying to keep my mental facilities working and purring like a brand new engine.
