Nothing and I'm tired of it being nothing. Let me think of something to change that and I'll get back to you.
I am thinking of installing a doorbell that sounds like a huge dog's barking...in hope of driving away the Jehovah Witnesses.
Too bad in my building is mandatory to have working doorbells. To make matters worse, there is always an illuminate owner who lets in everybody who rings the intercom.
The only time I have anything on my front door is when my neighbour gives me a Christmas wreath. Other than that...it's just a door. Besides, who's gonna see it? You drive 1/2 mile off the paved road to arrive at this: It's the end of the road, baby. No one comes down here except delivery guys, people who wonder where "that road" goes, and hunters looking for their stray dogs.
I got over 50 acres. Bring your mower, your gas, and your Gatorade, buddy. (Actually, only 7 acres are mowable.)
John I will bring my BMW do some drifting that will take care of most of the lawn my Grey will take care of the edging I will pass on the Gatorade I got some Budweiser in the trunk
This is the right-of-way leading down into my property. This amount is probably a 10 year event. In January of 2010 (right before I moved here) they had 4 feet of snow. I've lived in the state for almost 60 years and only recall that amount once back in the late 60s. I'd call it a 100 year storm. Here's a pic early in that storm, from my old place about 100 miles north of here.
Back to door bells.. I've lived in my apartment for 3 years we have an intercom system that every once in awhile makes noise I totally ignore it I cant even remember the code anymore to let someone in. Go away leave me alone I already bought cookies.
Since we've shifted...I have never lived in a home or apartment that had a doorbell. Maybe I'll just install the button attached to nothing so that whoever is trying to bother me gives up and goes away...and I don't get bothered.
I coordinated the outside of the front door, the screen door and porch window the same color. I usually only painted the screen door and porch window.
