If you look under Health and Wellness, there is a section for diets and dieting. We have several low carb threads there that we can write in, and it would be fine to post any recipes in a new thread there, or in the recipe section, under the food topic. I have been doing low carb for quite a while, and have now added in IF (intermittent fasting) for the extra health and longevity benefits you get from fasting a while each day. I also belong to an OMAD forum (one meal a day), and it is a good place to write about meals and low carb, because a lot of people on IF also do keto/low carb.
