There are Americans who still trap or shoot bunnies for dinner. Would a bunny be any different than a cat in some cultures? Everyone does know that they eat dogs and cats in China, right? And everyone should know that not only have we had a huge influx of Haitians imported by the Biden administration but there have been reports of many Chinese illegally crossing the border as well. Keep your pets in. Conservatives love to pull a liberal's chain because they make it so easy.
People in the West are not used to people eating pets or even horses. Eating dogs has been part of human survival culture back into history. Western cultures, for the most part, have not been faced with that kind of stress for a long time. It may be that eating dogs may be something they do to stay alive and thus it becomes part of "normal". I suspect devout Hindus would be just as horrified by us eating cattle. It is, however, a symptom of the ills at the border and the fact that people coming into the country are not part of our culture.

For @Don Alaska and @John Brunner I think some were flown in too, not just into the US but to more specific areas. One problem I see is that some immigrants don't want to adapt or become part of the US culture (which that's changed a lot, sadly) but why no classes any more where you must learn English, not that you can't speak your native tongue, but at least know the English language. Our country is overwhelmed with the "invasion" which I think best describes it. I don't think the government who opened the border even know where they are since what do they care in their protected little castles. I've yet to see one person from the Whitehouse, democrat/Leftist speaker get up and say, this has to change, and heaven forbid they "own" their part in letting it happen
Nope, I think we need to become more like The United States of America, that used to be. Don't ask me what years were best, I think I had my head so buried, but I just seem to remember our country had more morals, and I think that is what I miss most. Now we just look like Babylon, guess we aren't actually there yet, but if something miraculous doesn't happen, that's where we're headed. Funny thing about the uproar over our pets, but I don't hear much uproar about abortions, especially the late-stage murders. All to supposedly to protect immoral people. Wow, I'm gonna get shot for that, but it's the truth. Now that's what I call people being misguided by evil.
I don't know about the audio earrings, which could have been used to feed her stuff while Trump was speaking, I have no doubt whatsoever that ABC fed her the questions ahead of time because they were clearly on her team.
A whistleblower came forth with what appears to be the facts. ABC negotiated with the Harris campaign before the campaign on issues that Trump's team was not brought in on, agreeing that Donald Trump would be fact-checked while Kamala Harris would not, and they also gave her sample questions in advance. There's no surprises there.
There is an affidavit filed by an ABC whistleblower that the Harris team provided the questions to be asked, and got an agreement that Kamala was not to be fact-checked and for the moderators to fact-check Trump. The whistleblower signed the affidavit in New York and sent a copy to Speaker Mike Johnson the day before the debate. The unnamed individual states that he or she is in possession of secret recordings that will prove that ABC News rigged the presidential debate.
