Around 35F here tonight. Drizzly and foggy, but at least the snow is melting. How exciting!

Sorry, can't help you. On top of clouds we have fog from the below zero ground and the above freezing air.

It is actually a beautiful sunshiny day here in north Alabama today ! We might even venture out and go to the fitness center later this morning, if the nice , warm weather holds out. After the week of single digit cold, and then rain, a sunny day is most welcome, and encouraging that spring might indeed be in the way.

It's in the high 30's today. Moving into a slight mud season. I left the gate open for the sheep to get out but it had blown closed by the time I got back for nite chores and a few chickens were outside with the sheep and they were not happy either. No food outside for anybody. Only melting snow.

So far this week, we are some 10 plus degrees above normal (71-72), but isn't going to last long. We can already here many of the young folks crying. Rain coming in tomorrow and snow in the local mountains. Yes, 40 miles northwest of Vegas is a Ski Resort. From what we can tell, February is a rainy month here.

In moving up north, we are so, so glad we didn't get rid of our winter coats/clothing.

We're in the 20s today. Tomorrow, we're due for precipitation but the daytime temperatures will be a few degrees above freezing so I'm thinking it will be rain unless it keeps up after temps drop.

Back home at last. It was 9 F. when we landed in Anchorage around 1 AM this morning. It warmed up to around 19 F. this afternoon. Not as nice as Maui, but better than here while we were gone. Our Max-Min thermometer read -43 F as the low while we were gone. Glad I missed that.
