It’s forecast for a beautiful sunny day with some cloud today here in Queensland where we are lapping up the beautiful warm days of about 24c ..or …75f
We don’t expect to be home in freezing SA till about 17th July right now it’s 11c …or 51f at home according to Google

Just took the photo from the unit we are renting till next weekend in Coolangatta QLD

The brand new units that can be seen in photo start at $$1.85 million ,with the penthouse being a cool $$ 10. Million, it’s about 15 stories high
the complex is only a road width / walking path away from the South Pacific Ocean where many come to surf.

we can see the water from this unit

It's interesting how distasteful that weather sounds to me, like @Don Alaska 's - 40 in winter.
Nineties and moisture makes humidity. I try to avoid that at all costs. Go out and do chores at 5am to avoid it. Then run down into my basement for natural coolness when I can.
Hmmmmmm.... I don't do well in summer and I don't do well in winter. With what little time I have left, that cuts it in half.

For where we are now in QLD .

It’s kinda funny cause we can pick all the locals cause they are rugged up overcoats / scarfs / beanies for a. 22 c ( 72f ) day and we think it’s beautiful and we are only wearing t shirts

Supposed to be 94 here today and tomorrow. Went outside early and watered out back, recuperating, and then will water out front, and then inside for the heat of the day. I managed to get some of the strawberry bed weeded form all the stuff it collected over last fall and winter, so it is ready for me to put new strawberries in it once we have a little cooler day to do that.
We have the air conditioner in the front room, so I am staying close by that.

I don't think it is unusually hot for this time of year here. At home we heard it was near freezing yesterday morning. ur house sitter has not reported anything lost though, so it must not have frozen and this is summer @Kate Ellery !
