Good to hear your home Julie, I'm sure you'll progress so much quicker at home.... it's impressive that you've not needed any analgesia.. ..and I agree with you Patsy arnica gel is great for many things..
Hi Julie, I just now saw this as I haven't gotten online much lately. I was not surprised that happened, although I didn't know I would actually talk with a victim of this crime. I walk a lot in this small, coastal town I live in. I have almost been hit twice in the half year I've been here. Both times by bicycles on the sidewalks. But there are skateboards galore as well. There seems to be no law enforced here, and we have some huge bicycle lanes all through town, I don't get it I am so sorry you got hurt and have to go through the hospital thing. I do hope you heal soon, and no after effects. I think that every time we step out of our homes (and not sure we are even safe there anymore) we are in danger of idiots who don't respect the laws, or care about other people being present when they are having their fun. I'm afraid there are just more and more people who truly don't give a damn about others. Get well soon, denise
People here stay on the bicycle lanes and being a driver that scares me. It's always by where you want to turn and I've been surprised a few times by a person on a bicycle coming up fast. Good thing I haven't killed anyone yet. We have a lot of bike riders, Fresno is flat so a good place to ride.
I'm thinking of Julie and a bit concerned as its been a while now I hope the operation on her ankle has not caused problems, hopefully she is just taking it easy
Personally, I hope she can sue the pants off of those that hit her. There is no excuse for that kind of uncivilized behavior. I hope the parents have to pay out big, and it comes out of the kid's allowances from now until they are adults!
