The fight goes on in Michigan, where a judge ruled Friday (8/19/22) that prosecutors cannot enforce a 1931 state law that restricts abortion in all cases except where the life of the mother is threatened. Of particular interest is the judge's "wokeness": “The harm to the body of women and people capable of pregnancy in not issuing the injunction could not be more real, clear, present and dangerous to the court,” Oakland County Judge Jacob Cunningham said during the ruling.
