There is another big store and they have Walk In stores too....I'll post it as I can't think of the name and I bought from them many yrs ago...........There are so many alternative stores m Vitamin Shoppe is a great big store. Sprouts is another suggestion....
You should know before spending 10K if the stem cells will or will not work.... could be your doc is to blame. Last I looked a Dr.Darrow's price list a session was 1600 or so.
