I understand this also. But I also see those who do stand mostly stand alone. Jan 5th is good example. Others burn looted and even committed murder and got away with it but these Jan 6th people being tortured and persecuted without as much as a charge or trial.Who can help them? One has skull fractured,another has eye knocked out and all of them being beaten and kept in solitary for months.I don't see anyone standing up for them in large numbers. Sure a politician will go speak out but it doesn't do any good. If nothing lese they get totured even more. They don't give a damn about any Constitution anymore judges rule from the bench now not from law. Times have changed.
Are we seeing the seeds of a military coup being planted? It's hard to imagine that happening in the U.S. but these are extraordinary times.

It seems like they began the destruction in 2008 then took a break and let Trump win in 2016 till they were fully ready to finish off what little was left of this once great nation. Now its full steam ahead.
@Marie Mallery But what is the underlying reason? What is to become of the ilk residing in Washington for past decades, once they have un-done themselves? Replaced by who or what? Are the new billionaires positioning to "inherit" America? Take it over? I want to believe that those millions of arms stashed away by far-thinking Americans are being kept ever at the ready, just in case. To win, the government would have to dispose of a great percentage of it's constituents; who then would be left to support it? No tax revenues, U.S. Treasury Bonds worthless, who survives?

There are a few references to that episode on another thread. It’s just further evidence that his brain is blown. Joe has been in office for 57-58 years and he knows the protocols and knows that with the exception of a salute or a hand being placed over one’s heart, there is to be no sound and no movement from anyone other than those carrying the caskets. It was also referenced that unlike Joe, when D. Trump and Melania were at a similar circumstance, they showed total respect and gave honor to our fallen soldiers.
