I now see that Kamala and her supporters are having a fit because Trump paid tribute to the troops killed during Biden's surrender in Afghanistan. He was encouraged and perhaps even asked to do so by the families of the fallen, especially since the Biden-Harris Administration did not acknowledge the deaths of their loved ones and Biden even declared that "no soldiers have died on my watch". The families requested that Trump's videographer document to ceremony for posterity. Of course, that video has become part of Trump's portfolio to document how little Biden and Harris respect and honor our military personnel. THAT really has upset Kamala. Perhaps she will somehow try to find a way to copy Trump's actions without actually paying tribute to the fallen. After all, she chose that "distinguished Command Sergeant Major" as her running mate...oh, oops, he never really served in the position and opted out of the military when he thought he might undergo some hardship. Collecting the bennies was great as long as he didn't have to do anything dangerous.

It is true that it is illegal to use Arlington in a political campaign but according to the father of one of the deceased, Trump was indeed asked to have a ceremony at our National Cemetery marking the 3rd anniversary since the bombing.

I think the main reason why Biden and Kamala bypassed having any special ceremony (or even mentioning the deceased names) for the 13 for the last 3 years is because that would be an admission that it was their fault that those soldiers died the way they did.
As it is, Biden is in total denial that any soldier has lost their life during his administration.
Heck, he nor Kamala will even admit that members of the 82nd Airborne (my unit) have been killed helping Ukraine.

It was nothing but political grandstanding that cost those soldiers their lives because if the imbecilic duo had stuck to the agreement that Trump made with the Taliban then more than likely things would have been different and those men might still be walking this earth today.

 

Speaking of space and no, not the space between Kamala’s ears but Outer Space, the dear VP hasn’t said a word about what is going on with the two astronauts who are stuck orbiting the earth until maybe February or so.

Kamala Harris IS the chair for the National Space Council and it might even help her Presidential bid if she showed a little interest and used her Chair position to report on what our Government is doing to get 58 years old Suni Williams and 61 years old B. Butch Wilmore back home.

It isn’t like the Southern Border where she has to cop and attitude and say “I haven’t been to Europe either” when commenting about her absence at said border because no one is asking her to go into space and come back to earth with a report.

Is it possible that she doesn’t know anything about the senior citizens in space or is it that she’s just too busy shoveling so much joy down the throats of those who can barely make ends meet here on earth?

Once again Bobby has to look and look for something to find so he can try to toss dirt on a politician he doesn't support.
It's not as if these folks stuck in space were on military assignment or posted in a hazardous place for duty. They went on their own choice and for their own reasons.

it's not Ms. Harris's place to comment on that any more than it would her place to comment on Americans stuck in foreign countries because of airline problems.

of course, Bobby won't respond to this, because of his own reasons, I reckon. but again, he's going pretty far afield to try and find something to stir up.

Gold Star families slam Kamala Harris for 'playing politics' over Trump's visit to Arlington National Cemetery

Gold Star families who lost loved ones in the botched Afghanistan withdrawal blasted Vice President Kamala Harris over her attack on former President Trump for paying his respects at Arlington National Cemetery last week.

Harris accused Trump of playing politics with the visit, but in a series of short videos, eight families said they had invited Trump, and bitterly blasted the Biden-Harris administration over the disastrous pullout that left 13 U.S. service members dead three years ago.

The messages, each featuring different parents of service members killed by ISIS-K terrorists amid the U.S. withdrawal from Afghanistan on Aug. 26, 2021, were posted on former President Trump's Instagram account. .

The videos were released in the wake of a statement published by Harris on Saturday, where the vice president criticized Trump for taking photographs at a wreath-laying ceremony event on Monday. The Army said this week that an Arlington National Cemetery official was "abruptly pushed aside" while interacting with Trump's staff.

One mother explains that the Gold Star parents group invited both Trump and Harris but got no response, not even a no thanks, from Kamala Harris.

“We invited both President Trump & the Biden-Harris administration, & we didn’t hear back from the WH. We were happy to welcome Trump… when he came to Section 60, it was at our request”

She seems drunk or hung over or on cough syrup in that CNN "interview." Maybe they already have her on whatever they've been giving Biden?

 

Maybe you are just not used to being around people who are optimistic. They act kind of upbeat and happy. Negativity is contagious.

 

Maybe people don't appreciate Kamala's Joy because they can't pay their bills or feed their children with Joy.

Some, but not all, will vote for a campaign making promises based on rainbows and unicorn farts.

 

A person can go to the store, church, beach, gin mill or any variety of places and be around genuine “upbeat” and kind people Nancy.

What I mean by Genuine is the fact that if Kamala’s multitude of past staffers are any clue, she is anything but kind, happy and yeah, upbeat when she’s out of the range of people she’s trying to impress.
She’s an actress with a known appetite for alcohol and a penchant for not being able to remember her lines nor even remember the planks on her platform.
To be truthful, I do not think she even has a serious platform.

The more I hear / read about Kamala the more I am convinced she and her "partners" are preparing our country for Socialism.

 

Silvia, I think we have been on the road to socialism for a long time but Biden/Harris definitely increased the pace.
