    Ah but at our age, we all know that one cannot buy love but on the other hand, one can purchase a considerable amount of attention. :)

    My first wife painted in oils and sold many of her works. Two of them are on my apartment walls. Linda saw them and loved them. I will take pictures and post at later time. Linda will remain just a friend.

    Yes we occasionally have a glass of wine together and visit. She has a walker just like mine.

    Nothing unusually about neighboring seniors seeing paintings on each others walls, however, should talk of a ceiling mural emerge .........:oops:

    The painting is beautiful and the colours look vibrant. How old is the painting?
    The framing looks good too.
    Though I do and will stand by my belief that an artist is appreciated when he is no more. Although, Linda proves me wrong!!

    My first wife painted the piece in 1975 Linda liked it too. I haven't taken pictures of Linda's paintings yet.

    One of my uncle's paintings he did after WW2 I have several of them all but 1 are submarine related
