    Chicken B/S thighs cooked in a honey/garlic sauce..
    Fried rice,... steamed broccoli
    Frozen blueberries with yogurt..
    Pot of tea...........

    I make my own tarter sauce using mayonnaise, relish, dash of worchester sauce, herbs....
    If I use miracle whip instead of mayonnaise, I eliminate the worchester...

    As far as my salmon patties goes, I use a can 418g of salmon.. Drain well and put the fish in a bowl.. Remove the bones and the black skin.. mash with a fork.. Add 2 eggs, the green from green onions finely chopped, dried dill, pepper to taste, and mix well.. It will be way too loose so I add some bread crumbs to thicken it up..
    That should make 6 fair size patties.. I fry them in butter and EVOO till golden brown..
    If I don't have any green onion, I use either chives or parsley flakes..

    With my being sick, I haven't done much cooking lately...
    More or less survival food ...
