    Supper last night was spaghetti...
My own pasta sauce that I made and froze..
A spaghetti squash as the pasta..
A very small salad on the side for veggies..

Supper was sooo good, that we both pigged out and overate..

Supper tonight (Monday) will be a vegetable casserole with some tuna in it..
Again, I love those one dish meals..
A dessert will be necessary after that meal, so I will make some S/F pudding (as usual) and spike it with something..
A pot of tea to wash everything down will go well after all that....

We did our weekly food shopping today.. Usually we eat supper out but today we both didn't feel like it, besides there is almost nowhere to eat out properly in Espanola other than one restaurant or loads of fast food places which we don't like too much..
We came home and I lit the BBQ.. I had bought some turkey bangers which looked good..
Each one of my premade chicken burgers (frozen) and each a turkey burger..
    coleslaw and a slice tomato

it turned out better than what we would of eaten out... We both enjoyed the last minute put together meal..
A pot of coffee (decaf) afterwards..

    My first day on induction....
Breakfast was 3 scrambled eggs with 4 sliced mushrooms..
    Coffee

Lunch..... nothing special... only a diet ginger ale..
Supper... A stir fry using B/S chicken breast cubed, sliced onion, loads of broccoli florets, sliced mushrooms, and large dices of red pepper....
I used vegetable stock and soy sauce as the liquid..

Lots and Lots and Lots of water all day long... The toilet became by best friend...

Today Wednesday will be food shopping day..
We most likely won't eat out but if we do, it will be a salad somewhere with some protein in it.....
Most likely I will buy something for supper while shopping..

We were in Sudbury today.. I went to Wallmart and I bought 2 BBQ chickens..
Why 2... Please don't laugh but there were only 4 BBQ chickens left and they were $8.49 each, however to get rid of them, the reduced the price to 2 for $14.00.. I bought 2 BBQ chickens..
We had half of a chicken tonight for supper... 3 more meals left out of the bargain...
    Steamed broccoli
    S/F vanilla pudding..

Today (Tuesday) it is raining, damp, windy, and just a lousy day.. I will be stating home with little to do today..
Almost like a day off except we still have to eat...
I will be making something special today that my wife has been asking for the past 2 weeks or so...

Spaghetti squash with my homemade pasta sauce.. That is always a HUGE hit in our house..
My sauce will be made with minced chicken, diced tomatoes, and lots of other ingredients [mushrooms, onions, garlic, and more]
The spaghetti squash will be zapped in the microwave, then opened, cleaned out, oil herbs and spices in the cavity and then baked in the oven at 400f for about an hour face down..
Empty each half in a plate and serve.. The sauce in a bowl on the table to help yourself to how much you like..
Parmesan cheese to go with it as well..
I will be making a large pot of sauce in order to freeze a container for another time..

Breakfast [or brunch] will be the usual of 3 eggs each...

That spaghetti squash supper was something else..
I made enough sauce to have generous portions for supper and to freeze for another time.. That wasn't to be..
The squash was about 3 cups each of spaghetti..
The sauce was sooo good that we ate almost all the sauce.. I have only a very small container left to freeze...
Oh well.......... it was made to be eaten and that is exactly what we did...

My wife said it was one of the best meals she has had in a while...

Do you keep a record of carbs consumed daily or weekly? @Steve North I personally keep a bit of record in my mind ...I’ve had 1/2 a slice of bread at breakfast so I can only have a further full slice for that day or some other type of carbs ..
I’ve mentioned before I can’t eat allot of carbs
How many are allowed on Atkins a day to maintain weight ,I’m asking cause we are in winter where we all tend to eat more than we should
I’m 5ft 2 but still heavier than I should be for my height according to the professionals who write all the guidelines books
