Today we went food shopping.. bought some B/S chicken breasts that I cut in half in the thickness, marinated them with seasoning and garlic, and put them on the BBQ... Steamed broccoli with garlic butter and sesame seeds..
Supper tonight was a tuna casserole... Well, actually it was a veggie cassero0le with tuna in it.. I used a big pot of veggies, added a can of tuna, some veggie stock, some cheese, herbs and spices, and simmered it till it was cooked and thick a bit..... I love those one meal dishes.....
Last night was a slow cooker meal.. I put some kind of dead animal in the slow cooker with some BBQ sauce, stock, onions, mushrooms, and peas.. Let it cook on high for 3 hours and then on low for 4 hours.. It came out very tender and delicious.. We ate the whole thing.. I steamed some cauliflower to go with it...
Supper tonight was chicken drums on the BBQ... I dry marinated them first.. Steamed broccoli.. S/F vanilla pudding spiked and served with heavy cream..
Supper tonight will be a stir fry made in the wok.. B/S chicken breast cubed and marinated in a honey/garlic sauce for a few hours.. Onions, garlic, mushrooms, peppers, diced carrots, and loads of broccoli.. Marinating sauce, stock, and soy sauce as the liquid.. If it gets too dry, I will add some apple juice..
Last night's stir fry was a huge hit.. It turned out just fabulous.. We totally pigged out by eating the whole thing... Tonight it will be BBQ again.. Most likely some chicken thighs B/S that I will dry marinate first.. Now, for the salad, we will go to our veggie garden and pick a lettuce and an onion.. I will add some other veggies from the fridge and make my own dressing..
Supper tonight was salmon fillets cooked in butter in a fry pan.. I dry marinated the fillets first.. steamed cauliflower, mashed with sour cream is what I made for the veggie.. good choice !!! Lime yocheese for dessert..... I made it yesterday....
Supper was my homemade pasta sauce using minced chicken.. I put it over spaghetti squash.. It was excellent.. I have a container of sauce left over that I froze .... Breakfast was the usual.. 3 eggs each no lunch !!!
Supper was B/S chicken breast in the skillet with onions and mushrooms.. Steamed broccoli with a garlic butter on top S/F white chocolate pudding spiked.. Breakfast... The usual of 3 eggs each ... Omelette for my wife and scrambled for me.. Lunch... No lunch....!!!!!
Tonight's supper was something simple and fast.. Today I painted the upstairs balcony and it took me 4 hours to do.. I was totally pooped after so I made something easy.. FISH....... I took 4 pieces of salmon fillets, thawed them, put them in the fry pan with some butter, and that was it... coleslaw was the veggie.. again, very easy to do... S/F pudding for dessert..
Today is like a day off for me... After painting the balcony yesterday, I am pooped.. We will be going to do some food shopping today.. I will be buying something for supper.. What ???????........... HOK !!!
HOK.. turned out being chicken legs with the back skinned and on the BBQ after s light seasoning.. Steamed cauliflower mashed with sour cream.. Frozen blueberries with heavy cream..

Tonight was B/S chicken breast cut in half in the thickness, dry marinated and on the BBQ grill.. A fresh zucchini on the grill as well.. Youcheese (cherry) for dessert..
