wow.!!!... I had to work that out in real money... that's 25 stones and 5 pounds ... Well done you for losing the weight from being that heavy..how long did it take you? .did you exercise as well..?
Brunch was leftover steak, a piece of leftover potato, ½ a large tomato with salt, pepper, 2 tbsp. of Walden Farms sugar free Thousand Island dressing. Snack, kefir & blueberries with sweetener. Supper neckbones cooked until the meat falls off the bone and cabbage.
I am not on a strictly low carb diet, but my supper tonight was spaghetti squash stuffed with eggs and a touch of home-made salsa the wife made from roasted, dried tomatoes. Pretty carb-free.
tonight (Saturday) for supper I made chicken drums on the BBQ.. After grilled, I smothered (tossed) them with a BBQ sauce.. Coleslaw... sliced tomato yogurt with fruit Pot of tea........ Breakfast was the usual of our eggs..
I actually had eggs for "brunch" and eggs for dinner. We are getting inundated with eggs now that the hens are laying again, so we have to eat them often.
For tonight supper, I am planning on making, in the slow cooker, my sweet and sour meatballs...... Yes, it is a low carb version.. I use minced chicken for the meatballs.... A salad will go nicely with them... Breakfast will be my homemade pancakes that I make with wheat gluten flour... Again they are low carb.. Served with butter and a S/F syrup .... Pot of Folgers..
PROBLEM !!!! I can't find my recipe for sweet and sour meatballs but I already have the minced chicken thawed which mean I must use it for supper... I decided on some sort of a mishmash casserole I make with the minced, loads of veggies, cheese and some liquid...
Supper tonight (Monday) was B/S chicken breast cut in half thickness and seasoned with herbs and seasonings.. cooked in a garlic sauce in the skillet.. a salad was the veggie S/F pudding made with malted added and heavy cream
Tuesday supper is ............. FISH.. Well, some sort of fish that I have frozen in the freezer.. fillets of course.. Probably 2 pieces each.. Lightly breaded (with low carb breading) and pan fried in a butter, lemon, dill sauce.. Steamed broccoli with sesame seeds.. Frozen blueberries with splenda and heavy cream.. Pot of tea.. Breakfast:.. the usual of 3 egg omelette for my wife and 3 scrambled eggs for me..
Brunch was 4 oz. of Angus beef tenderloin grilled in 1 tablespoon of butter..... 2 eggs, 1 tsp. of cream, 1 slice of cheese scrambled together. Coffee and cream with sweetener. Snack was fresh pineapple. Yum! Supper; more Angus beef tenderloin cooked on the charcoal grill and a salad. Piggly Wiggly had the Angus beef tenderloin on sale. I don't usually buy a lot of that because it is so expensive.
