Tonight for supper I made my homemade pizzas..
I took large wraps, pizza sauce (can), sliced mushrooms, diced green pepper, diced red onion, and mozzarella cheese..
Baked it in the oven at 425f and we had a lovely meal...…
    Stewed peaches for dessert..

I have another head of cauliflower, and am going to add more veggies (carrots, peppers, onion, celery) to the mix and use up the rest of the rotisserie chicken that Bobby made yesterday, and make a casserole with that, probably tomorrow.
Today, after swimming, I just had a salad with cheese and veggies, and a low-carb protein bar for dessert, and now enjoying a cup of hot Oolong tea.
It seems like fall is coming to Alabama, cooler days and nights now. I put a heavier cover on the bed, too.
Ordered a package of Earl Grey tea from Amazon.

FISH...………. I like to make fish at least 3 times a week..
tonight will be fillets of something in the freezer.. Not sure what yet..
I bread my fillets in a mixture of wheat gluten, herbs and spices.. Pan fry them in butter and oil..
Today's veggies might be carrots and parsnips steamed and smashed with butter..
The carrots and parsnips are fresh from our garden..
    S/F pudding spiked with something..
Pot of tea...…. I'm getting back into the tea after supper..
We both enjoy a cup of hot tea after supper and we have it in the living room..

    Sounds good Yvonne...

Today out of the blue, we decided to do some food shopping.. After shopping, we were both hungry, so we went out for an early supper at one of the lousiest places we could of picked.. We had some discount coupons, so we thought we would give it a try.. WHAT A HUGE MISTAKE WE MADE...
It is now about 6 hours later and I am still ill from the food.. We are NOT used to eating that type of food..
The other coupons are in the garbage.. I will NEVER go there again.. If it means starving, so be it but not there.... You are probably asking where we went to eat that bad food.. Well, let me tell you, it was....
    SUBWAY....

I bought a BBQ chicken at Walmart and we had half the bird for supper tonight..
I also bought a salad bag (not Caesar) and we had it with our own dressing..
A piece of the birthday cake left over from yesterday..
I had trouble with that cake as I am not used to that many carbs.. it just didn't sit right in me..
It goes to show that after being on low carb for so long, cake isn't your friend any more..

I still have half a BBQ chicken left, but I think I will be making some fish for supper and keep the chicken for tomorrow.. We haven't had fish in a while and I like to serve it at least three times a week.. Fish is healthy and good for you, especially if it isn't canned fish..
I have soooo many turnips from our garden that tonight steamed turnip, smashed with butter will be the veggie.. My turnips I grew are white inside and not yellow.. They are also sweet and not sharp like those in the store..

Loaded cauliflower casserole with the remnants of the rotisserie chicken, and a variety of veggies. Baked in one of my new pans that fit perfectly into the little toaster oven.
