Steve, do you remember saying that you eat blueberries with cream? I've had a hankering for blueberries lately so I decided to try them that way. I put a cup of them in water to thaw. Then I put them in a bowl, add cream and a pack of aspartame and stir gently. It is sooo good!
Shirley... DON'T thaw the frozen blueberries.. Put them in a bowl frozen, add your cream and sweetener to them and let them freeze the cream.. You now have a blueberry frozen desert similar to blueberry ice cream.. Now enjoy it that way... That's how we do it... Frozen blueberries with cream...…
Today was a cold, windy, and rainy day.. Totally miserable day.. Perfect day to make some SOUL food.. Breakfast was my blueberry flapjacks made with wheat gluten and frozen blueberries.. Served with butter and S/F maple syrup.. Pot of freshly brewed coffee.. For supper, …. started with a toast using champagne glasses and filled with apple juice.. I made a meatloaf using minced turkey.. I added my usual items to the meatloaf.. I made my homemade coleslaw (what a task) which we had as a veggie.. Always better the 2nd day.. I also steamed some broccoli (just a bit) and served it with a butter/garlic sauce.. I made a vanilla custard with sliced bananas for dessert and served it with my real whipped cream.. Pot of tea....... Well needed after that meal...
Yes Joe.. you are consuming all right, but is it the proper way to eat ?? What happened to a balanced diet and (of course) low carb ???
