I tried my daughters recommendation of vinegar water, my BG went down and stayed down all day,
2 tablespoons of vinegar in 16 oz of water, worked for me. I will take it again today.
Diabetes is a liver and vein disease and acidic liquids break down fatty tissue from the liver.

I take acv in capsules so I don't dissolve my tooth enamel. You can also use a straw.

That time again.... I had some veal liver pan fried in EVOO.. I like my liver on the rare side, not well done..
Annmarie had steamed carrots with butter and we shared a large baked potato..
I bought some different clementines that somehow are super sweet and are red inside... Different for sure..
Pot of tea as usual after supper..

Ya know, with all the organic, grass fed beef out there I sometimes worry about liver flukes. I know we have snails in our pasture....

2 Tablespoons of vinegar in 16 oz oz. water for BG, it is amazing how much it lowers my BG. I use Braggs but if I didn't have that I'd use regular.

Vinegar is good for lots of things , I believe apple cider vinegar is partially good as it’s a fermented product
I usually have a fresh lemon juice in water in summer but I buy AC vinegar in winter months to drink in water
( the best quality you can get and I brags brand is good ) Heath food shops sell that brand here in Aust
