I made a meatloaf today.............. I used minced chicken and added a lot of herbs, spices, diced mushrooms, onions, garlic, ketchup and a bit of bread crumbs..
It was simply delicious.. Yes, we pigged out but there is still lots left over for another meal..
Steamed carrots mashed with butter and parsley flakes, peas, and each half of a baked potato..
    Sliced banana with heavy cream..
    Pot of tea....

I made my homemade pasta sauce using a package of minced chicken..
Yes, we had pasta which we don't have very often, but it was delicious and we enjoyed it..
After pigging out on pasta, no room for dessert..
Boy, was a pot of tea ever needed after that filling meal...

My dear wife had a stomach bug for the past few days.. No food would sty in her stomach, so she was on a semi solid diet for those days..
Then as she got a bit better, fish, not breaded, cooked in a non-stick pan was what I made her.. That was OK and now that the bug is gone, we are back to regular eating again..
I made her a turkey sausage last night and it was OK...
Tonight my minced chicken burger on the BBQ might be OK as well, I hope.....

My wife is still quite ill with her stomach problem and diarrhea.. I have been making her fish every night and she seems to keep it down which is good............................. however ........... I have been making myself something else other than fish.. Sausage one night, burger one night, and HOK another night....
We are going to the doctor tomorrow to get to the bottom of this..

My wife is finally getting better from her poisoning that I can start cooking again decent meals..
Last night I made my minced chicken burgers on the BBQ.. I NEVER have a bun with my burgers..
A baked potato that we shared and she had only the inside without any butter..
I gave her only a few green peas which she totally enjoyed..
A banana for dessert but it was a bit later after the meal..
Followed by our usual pot of tea which we like after a meal.. It helps digest the meal..

She kept down the supper and also without any stomach pains or loose bowl movements..
So far, so good..... Hopefully her Salmonella poisoning is all over..
She caught if from the cantaloupe I bought..

WARNING ..!!!!!!!!.. Don't buy or eat any cantaloupe.. They are on recall everywhere..

Looks like my wife can start eating regular meals again..
Of course, I make fish about 3 times a week if not more.. Chicken in various forms also and once a week, something different.. We don't eat red meat very often and never pork..
Vegetables also vary but mostly steamed.. A salad at least once a week..
Desserts are often fruit, yogurt, ot jello..
A pot of Tetley tea after a meal is always appreciated..
