I ordered a sprouting tray to sprout larger food items (lentils & beans versus seeds) and added a flexible strainer to get the value up for Free Shipping (I crossed the threshold by 98ยข) I'll take the strainers this replaces to Goodwill to try to minimize "clutter creep." The tray comes with a black bag to shut out the light until the last couple of days of sprouting, when you then give the sprouts indirect sunlight to create chlorophyll. (Not all sprout websites include the "keep in total darkness" step.)
Stopped by Office Depot, on the way back from another errand, to get printer ink. The store was gone. Moved to the other side of town. Stopped by Walmart last night. They were out. Tired of wild goose chasing. Besides, I only have half a tank of gas left. 1. Printer Ink cartridges 2. Lee Oskar diatonic harmonica C Major

Just ordered a portable solid state hard drive for my son's birthday this Sunday. With Amazon prime, he should get it on Saturday. Also got a couple supplements for myself -- lutein to help slow macular degeneration as recommended by the eye doc, and something else I can't remember at the moment, but don't think it was for memory. LOL
I bought a set of 4 of these cheap salad bowls a year ago, and there is only one left that has not split: The set was only $11. But it's only me rotating through them, so each one lasted about 3 months. I never put them in the dishwasher...they were always hand-washed. So I just ordered a higher quality set:
As I frequently do while writing descriptions and adding resources to various places that I review in my web directory job, I sometimes get interested in the place before moving on to the next place and have often bought books about them. Usually, these are memoirs written by someone who grew up there in the 1930s, 1940s, or 1960s, and self-published them on Kindle, which I can read for free or for only a couple of dollars. However, in some cases, I'll buy the printed book. I am currently writing a description for Harsen's Island, in the Flats area of the St. Clair River, a place that I've never been to. Although I grew up in Michigan, I was in the southern part of the Upper Peninsula, and have in the Lower Peninsula only when I spent a weekend at my college roommate's parent's house while I was at Northern Michigan University, and to visit my father not long before his death, as he had moved to the Lower Peninsula during the latter years of his life. So, I bought the memoir of this guy who grew up on Harsen's Island in the 1940s and, because his memoirs had some good reviews, I also bought a novel that he had written, also about the island. By the time they arrive, I will have long completed the category for Harsen's Island and moved on to some other Michigan locality, but I'll still read the books. I have been updating our page for Michigan cities and villages.
