I'm not sure but I thought stinky biden and crew set minimum wage 15 bucks an hour. So if someone is only paying 11 dollars minimum they would be breaking the law. Minimum wage applies to all states, also I think you will find there are no cheap states to live in today, prices are through the roof with corporate gouging everyone and every product. I was just looking at cost of 4x4s to make a new heavier duty desk for all my computer stuff and those 4x4s are like 42 dollars each. Just unbelievable

No raises for congress or the senate unless by ballot from their home state. Voters are their bosses so how is it they can set their own pay rate. That would be the one needed tool to thin out all driftwood we see lately.

Nope. Minimum wage is $7.25 since 2009. Still waiting for Trickle Down Economics to work out.

Minimum wage depends on where you live. The $7.25 per hour is still the min in 20 states. The other 30 states and DC have established higher minimums. California minimum is 15.50 per hour, DC is 17.00 per hour. Florida, where I live, is 11.00 per hour.

Thomas was calling it the Biden minimum wage, so I assumed he was talking about Federal.

Georgia's minimum wage is $5.15 per hour, however, with some limited exceptions, the federal minimum wage ($7.25) rate applies in the state.

If you think I'm going explain to you how I earned my money OR the taxes I paid, then you are sadly mistaken. It's none of your business.

It's $18/hour here for full-time and often there is a wait because the same person who takes the order is the one who takes the payment and then hands you the food because they've been short-staffed for quite some time.

I have no objection to continuing this debate, BUT I refuse to party to personal attacks.
Debate the issue based on opinions and facts , not personal attacks.

Sorry, amigo, but your opening post was a personal attack on successful people, complaining about how many shoes they had, of all things, and that they were not paying their "fair share". Your own subsequent posts exposed the fact that you contribute nothing, thereby showing your own greed and envy. So what's left to debate?

BUT, I never personally attacked anyone here on seniors only. You have and you continue to do so with every post you make.
