Hate to think this, but if Gates and Soros et al are working on the design from early 2020, then stock up on some meds too. And supplements, and I believe I will get another bottle of Berberine if I feel the blood sure is rising....

I have been buying some sausage links for some yrs and there has always been
a variety to choose from, well, lately only one choice is available.

NEVER buy those "30 days in a box" deals. They assume you will buy it, stash it somewhere, and never taste how awful it tastes. They don't expect return customers. If you stock up, only buy stuff you know you will use or eat, then rotate it so it doesn't expire. It is rather comforting when you suddenly realize you've run out of something, then say, "But wait, I can get another out of the garage/shed/ pantry and I don't have to run to the store pronto".

I have watched all six seasons. But I can only watch in small doses, it can get a bit nauseating.

Carbs are very important in survival situations, at least for the short-term. If everything collapses, insulin-dependent diabetics may be the first to go. Type 2 people may be starved into a cure.

If so, I don't know where you are going to buy them. The shelves here are empty. One manager said that they had some at the warehouse but couldn't get them delivered to the stores. There was no heavy whipping cream at several stores today.

I think it's going to get a lot worse if the RR workers go on strike.

Stock up because hard times are coming.

Is this frozen fries or just potatoes? So far I haven't seen any empty shelves but I read a few days ago that "they" are expecting a butter shortage.

All of the cows are maybe mad because of the “cow-Pampers” debacle, but that only explains the cream and butter. I have no idea why the potatoes are in shortage, but I have noticed that the prices for a bag of potatoes has about doubled.
Maybe all the potato fertilizer is being lost because of the cow Pampers now ……..

I think water issues are the reason for the poor potato crop. I saw that the one real bright spot in U.S. agriculture is the soybean harvest. Although the crop is good, they are having trouble moving it because the Mississippi is low and the barges are getting backed up. If the rails go on strike, it will be much worse. I think I saw some crazy number that it would take 40 MILLION trucks to replace the trains.

Hmmmm. I guess those labor unions aren't too happy with Joe "Friend of Labor" Biden now.

WASHINGTON/LOS ANGELES, Nov 29 (Reuters) - The U.S. House of Representatives was set to vote Wednesday to block a rail strike that could potentially happen as early as Dec. 9, after President Joe Biden warned of dire economic consequences and massive job losses.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi said lawmakers will vote Wednesday to impose a tentative contract deal struck in September on a dozen unions representing 115,000 workers.

Railroad officials knew the government would step in and force the unions into a contract, so they really weren't interested in doing serious negotiating. If they knew there would be no government interference there would have been a settlement long ago. Rail unions don't have the tool of the strike any more, as the government always steps in and forces them into some contract. That is why rail workers don't have paid holidays or sick days. Ironically, the Democrats are usually the ones who do it.
