One Universal Language ?

    Thank you Yvonnne, that does make sense. I think that empathy has a part in it too. I think being able to empathize with another person allows you to be more open to their desire to communicate with you.

    Although I never saw or heard from my paternal grandmother again, she has a great presences in my memory.

    I have a five year old great granddaughter, and we seem to be able to communicate with our eyes. My granddaughter, (mommy to my great granddaughter), is facinated by this, and she says she remembers doing this with me when she was a small child. She wants me to explain how I do this. To tell the truth, I was never aware of it as something other people couldn't do.
