We have this movie in our collection, plus a few other Christian based movies, like The Shack and Risen. Watched Risen last Sunday for Easter.

 

It won 7 Academy Awards, including Best Picture. Don't get it.

 

The awards are just Hollywood congratulating itself.

 

Well, whatever you want to believe. However, people will have to see the movie in order to make their own conclusions.

 

True. But I don't think the regular audiences get to vote on Academy Awards. Could be wrong.
