Exactly the same as you ...17 which also includes 2 foster homes.... and then Naval Married Quarters were we moved approx every 12 months

 

The $$$ exchange rate was so favorable it made living there very inexpensive.
I miss living there now that I am a Senior of 84.

 

What made you return to the USA Lon?

Age & Health plus married daughter, three adult grand children and five great grand children.

 

Yep! that will get you to come home no matter where you are living.

 

It would be fun to see the front door where other members live

 

In all honesty, Lon, you would have made a great looking game show host! Really. Believe me, Pat Sajax has nothing over you as host of Wheel of Fortune.

 

Why have you got a photo of yerself on the door ?

 

Just to be different. All my neighbors have their doors decorated in one fashion or another, also, there are people that come to my apartment that have never met me.

 

At my aunt's assisted living facility, they have pictures on some of the doors so that residents can find their rooms. Honest. Though I don't know why they're sure that some of the residents would remember what they looked like...….

 

I suppose having a picture on the door would help those who are visiting who might have memory problems, or nurses to ensure they're visiting the right person...

 

Same where I live Mary. Some can't re member where they left their wheel chairs or walkers.
