No.... not really but raisins for baking sometimes.. I love dried dates, figs, and other fruit, but unfortunately, I don't have any of that on low carb.... Do you rotate the tires on your car when needed ???

I walk enough at work...but when I'm off work I do try and walk as much as I can and I take my trusty camera with me... It's dark here now by 5pm, what time does it get dark where you are?

I use too but we would put them in very hot water til they get soft then quickly take them out and mold them into bowls before they got hard again.. sometimes We would paint the bowls too. Now i'm sorry we did that ,,I don't have any of the bowls anymore or any of the vinal records either..! whaaaaa!
Poor Louise.. She is so upset that she forgot to ask another question.... Please don't cry over those old records as it is done.... As far as asking a question goes, I can easily ask one but I wouldn't want poor Louise to be angry with me and mould me into a bowl like she did with the records.. Absolutely as well as the Opera.. We often go to Sudbury to see the performance of an opera while it is being broadcast simultaneously from the Met in New York.. Have you ever gone to see an Opera ???
No I have not... but I have been to an Opera House to see some entertainment other than Opera singing.. would love to hear a real Opera singers tho. I love those 4 Italian guys who sing opera, I have their albums can't recall their name now , will come back later as I have to look for the tape.. Do you like to go to the movies or rather watch movies at home?
I don't like films much, but if I do watch one, I'd rather watch at home... Do you always carry your groceries or do you use a shopping trolley on wheels of some type..
I use small basket or large shopping cart if getting a lot. Do you vary/alternate what you eat for breakfast or mostly eat the same thing every morning?
