I have eaten bear, beaver, moose, deer, sturgeon and all in the last few years..
I have in my freezer some bear and moose meat that I should use up shortly..
I also loved frog legs especially when they are freshly killed...
My grandmother used to make me a heart and lung stew.. Couldn't get enough of it..
Beef tongue is also delicious..

Not sure what you mean by exotic ,but I have eaten, wild deer , moose , rabbit , frog legs and Turtle soup and Alligator meat (which tasted just like chicken)and raw oysters on the shell.

ive tried goat, wild boar, rabbit.. not fond of it though. I do like raw seafood but I may get yelled at for calling it meat.
