Grading tobacco.

 

Were there a lot of "baccy" farms in NC. This pic looks around 1930/40s?

 

Just about every farm was a tobacco farm. There is still a lot of tobacco but there are also sweet potato farms. I believe that NC in the main sweet potato growing state.

 

Are these guys in for a good time.
