Trying to look on a brighter side, although Ken and Yvonne have tried to help him get back on and he is awfully forgetful, his new surroundings may be just what he needed. From what I’ve seen and read, he’s extremely gregarious so with new found ears and possibly an interest in some of the gals, his priorities might no longer consist of sitting behind a computer and gabbing with us.
There is a "new" member named Harry Pollner that joined on December 29, so apparently Hal is still trying.
I sent Hal a PM when he was Harry Horse, and he said that he had lost his password. Ken sent Hal a new password so that he could sign into his original account, but instead , Hal made the new Harry Pollner account. I added that name to the PM that we were chatting with , so he could see the new password for his original account. He said he was having trouble with the internet, but he was obviously online when he messaged that, so I am not sure what the internet issue is. He can actually connect with the new password and original account, or with his new Harry Pollner account; but he has not been back with either one for a couple of days, so I think that he is still having some kind of computer issues.
No expert here, but websites recognize your location with their cookies (I think) so maybe his new location with the same computer is screwing things up?
LOL…….Maybe but Hal can’t seem to get a grasp on how to “share” a YouTube video even though everyone and their aunt has tried to teach him since he first arrived at the scene. so…….. I still think between rum and cokes and other residents he stays busy. Hope I’m right.
Actually that wouldn't matter. I can log onto any website from anywhere as long as I have my user ID and password.
Since he isn't responding to emails, I think yes it is an internet, computer, or password problem and no doubt related to his dementia.
Hal has tried to access the forum using two separate accounts, I think. I did not accept the Harry Horse registration because I didn't know that it was him and it didn't look like a real name. I did accept the second registration so that I could, at least, figure out what was going on and hopefully get him back on his regular account, but I don't think he has logged back in under it. So, it seems (at least) that Hal is okay but having some difficulty getting into his account. I am very concerned about Frank, however. I didn't know that Bill Boggs was missing.
Bill was here few days ago. Hal being in assisted living is probably okay. Bill seemed better that day, but not sure since then. Frank is a really big worry for several reasons. I just checked 12-29 last word from Bill .
OK, I haven't seen @Tony Page around this week. Tony, I hope all is well and you can come back soon. I know you have had a lot of stuff to deal with lately and I hope your family members (grandson, SIL, wife) and you are all doing OK.
Odd, but when I look at his profile, I don't see the "Tony was last seen ...." info. I thought maybe his profile was set to private but I can see his information so not sure what the deal is. I'm glad he's around, though! Thanks.

Thank you for asking I'm hoping to be back soon I've just been in a bad place truthfully with no reason. My grandson had a week where each day he got a little better, he's fine now. My son-in-law is out of the hospital but is bedridden, the PT feels he should get him back the mobility he had before he got covid. My wife's tumors are still shrinking one feels like it's not there any longer so that's good news. Everything is looking up right now, however I've been on and off in a negative spiral, for no reason. Here Is a poem I wrote about a week ago it's very negative.
