We played croquet a lot when I was a kid. Most people in Wallace had a croquet set, I think. You can still buy croquet sets, so I suppose people do still play the game.

Ballroom dancing is classed as a sport ..when we had lockdowns it was of the first to be closed
Sadly it’s a dying sport as most dancers are 70~ 99 no younger people joining in the social dancing so give it 5 years and it will be a thing of the past to look back on ….

I’d think there are still allot of competition dancing out there prob ranging from 5 year old children up to 50 year olds
but they don’t take part in social dancing

Croquet was a good game. It could be played by a mixture of men and women, regardless of age, as well as boys and girls. It wasn't hard to figure out how the game was played, but there was still enough skill involved to make it interesting.

The most strenuous part about croquet is finding all of the balls when you're finished playing.

    How about darts?

I was on a league for a number of years. We had Away Games at places that were a 45 minute drive (without traffic.) One of the teams played out of the back room of a Chinese restaurant...they were The Peking Dumpsters. It was such a tight fit.

I used to keep my darts in my glove compartment...you never know.

When we were kids, we played tag.
It was a good sport but eventually, after the age of 6 or so, everyone loses interest in it and totally forgets that part of growing up.

    Until now……..Profession Tag…..
