I didn't watch the game, but found a video last night condensing the whole thing into 13 minutes of dozens of notable plays, in sequence.
I watched the first hour, then watched a movie and then saw roughly the last 40 minutes. That gave me enough of a rush.
Reported to be the most boring of the Super Bowls to date, with the Trump-supporting white guys triumphing over the Kapernick-supporting liberals from the West Coast. I didn't watch the thing, but caught the score afterwards.
Not only was the game boring, the commercials were, too.......except, maybe, for the one where everybody is trying to get the football at a big banquet. That made me laugh. Usually, I really enjoy the commercials during the Super Bowl but for the last few years, they've been failing.
Yeah, I heard that companies have removed the "edgy" and humorous commercials of earlier days for fear of lawsuits or boycotts organized on social media. If they say one offensive thing, someone will sue them or pillory them on Facebook, thus negating the effect of the advertising.
It is said that the actual playtime a football player is involved in is about 12 minutes per game which is about the same amount of time I get to see the full amount of my S.S. check.
