Corned beef hash (out of the can) with half an onion (chopped up) mixed in and fried until crispy. Edit Note: I appreciate this thread in that it gives me new ideas for lunch.
I feel vindicated that you guys admit to liking canned corn beef hash. It's one of my guilty pleasures, but my husband thinks it looks like dog food, haha. (So I don't have to share with him. Win.)
I have only eaten corn beef hash once in my life, was canned. Just never think about getting any. Rye swirled bread with pumpernickel , mayo ,cheddar cheese slice and roasted turkey lunchmeat, tead and a cookie
Fried corned beef hash is also a common breakfast staple (with eggs, toast, hash brown potatoes, etc) served in diners and cafes around my neck of the NE woods.
Butterball turkey patty cooked with my own seasonings, and air fried ff... Hubby is gone with a daughter to haul in some lumber... so I be doing my day different
