Had a banana and an orange. Would have liked a cup of coffee but didn't have the energy to get up and make one.
I felt like Chinese food, but the only place in town has yet to reopen for dine-in. I went on the web and found a Chinese restaurant about 30 miles up the road the next county over (that's "local" out here), so not having been out that way before, I took a trip. Well, HE was not open for dine-in, either. The poor guy had Help Wanted signs on his door (hostess and wait staff) and was down to he, his wife on a part-time basis and one cook (at one point he had 4 cooks.) He offered to let folks get their take out, sit at a table and eat their food out of the bag. His American Dream is getting crapped on. It was depressing. I got a large carry out order and took it home.

One buttered toast, sugar free fruit spread, and coffee. Although it is one thirty pm, I've not had lunch yet.
I sleep late, so my first meal is break/lunch at about 11AM or so. Today it was leftover cold pieces of pizza from last night and a bowl of turkey chili with dolop of sour cream.
Some air cooked chicken with spices. cut up length wise. A high fiber wrap, with a tad of coleslaw dressing. With crumbled up potatoe chips. All wrapped up in wrap. Tea
I’ve just had lunch ..which was a tiny can of tuna in chilli oil ….and a slice of fruit cake, my late gran used to make. which is basically a fruit cake with next to no added fats ( butter) in place of the butter = Fats and Flour I use a packet of pastry mix so it considerably cuts out allot of fat content ..other than that is only spice/ dried fruit / eggs/ water.
Salmon patty, few chili beans, couple tablespoons of baked potato from last night. Nothing but a tad of butier on potato.
