I do LOVE Chinese food and about once a year I will have it but it's the swelling from the salt afterward that is so uncomfortable.I still suffer it out once a year tho.But for lunch yesterday I had a chicken salad sandwich on whole grain with cheddar sticks.But your's makes my mouth water lol
A chicken wrap sammich I made with salad and mozzarella cheese, chips and tea @John Brunner our favorite ham is disappeared here- but now Walmart has Greenfield all natural meat company ham..and it is Good! Salt is much less than Legends also.You must rry it if you have not already.
My Walmart carried the sliced Greenfield, but not the 2# boneless version. It also has the K.L.Brown Sugar 2# ham in stock, but not the Hickory Smoked version (but it's still on the website.) I'll have to try the Greenfield.
Today I had catfish tidbits (frozen little pieces) sautéed in butter and lemon pepper, and a Caesar salad. It was delicious, and I am trying to get back to eating healthy foods now that Christmas is over. I know that those sweet treats (fruitcake, etc) are why I have had the joint pain and not wanted to exercise the last few days, even though I have been blaming it on the cold weather; so it is time to get back on healthy foods again and back to the fitness canter and swimming.
I had gas station fried chicken I picked apart and put on a bun with honey mustard dressing, and a side of mac & cheese.
