UPDATE: It appears that Al & Flo were in the middle of a name change, when we arrived. Since their place is farther away from the ski slopes and choice Winter tourists, than they let on, they have recently changed names to The Siesta Motel & The Siesta Diner. Their plan is to make everything including the eggs "Over Easy"! So keeping with the theme, they left yesterday, for a Vegas Getaway Christmas! Not to worry, this has been planned for some time, so we are fully staffed & all will be well! They deserve a much needed vacation!
