It's a fitbit you wear that counts steps during the day, and sleep at night and can do other things also like count calories etc but I just do steps and sleep but haven't worn it in months because I want stepping or sleeping much so didn't need to see that.:)

@Yvonne Smith , never mind, I think dark blue is when I'm fast asleep because I remember looking at the clock between 9 and 12 periodically.

Mine is actually a Fitbug, and although it measures sleep, I never wear it to bed. When Robin gave me the Bellabeat Leaf, I did wear that one to bed, and it showed a graph similar to yours from the Fitbit. I agree the dark blue is the deep sleep.
The leaf was pretty inaccurate, and what the directions said was to correct it with the actual times that i went to bed and got up when that was wrong, and it would learn to monitor my sleep better.
It would say that I have gone to bed at 7 PM, and woke back up the next morning at 11AM, which was so totally off. I corrected it a few times; but then just stopped wearing it at all and went back to the Fitbug. It might be cheap; but it does what it is supposed to do and works for me.
We like it so well that I got Bobby one for Father's Day, so now we both wear them everwhere.
    Just not to bed.

Good Morning, Y'all, happy Sunday. It's been raining off and on, sometimes quite heavily, but there's a patch of blue sky over yonder, to the Southeast. I hope that means the slightly lower temps will stay and the rain will leave. Not much sleep last night, but at least I got a few chores done and also read a little of my current book. Hope it's a good day all around.

Mine is accurate at when I go to bed and wake up in the morning. And the red lines are also accurate because I did get up at those times. It's the restless times I'm not sure of.

Also now I do remember looking at the clock a lot til around midnight.

I don't know how much the fitbit was because it was one of my xmas presents. It works well enough
And I've connected with my son and DIL and 10 yr old grandson so it will motivate me to walk more.

@Chrissy Page I have been thinking about getting something like that and found a DFit that seems to be one I would wear .
The band is big enough for my wrist. The iPhone app looks pretty good.
I like that the watch displays the info and the charger clips on instead of plugs in.
Also, I can afford this one, so if I tear it up at work, not out a lot of money.
    Still researching.

Mine doesn't display the info on my band, which would be nice but even watches bother me these days so less is better for me.

I'm surprised I can wear it at all at night because I'm fussy with anything extra on me.

One of the reasons why I like the Fitbug so well , is because it can be a clip on,, and I do not have to wear it on my wrist like a watch. I am always washing something, and would worry that I would get it wet if it was on my wrist. It does have the watch band with it; I just do not wear it that way. The clip-on fits right on my bra, and I never even know that I am wearing it.
The only thing that I didn't like was having to replace the battery, and I did have bad batteries for it at first. I wanted one that would charge up with a usb cord instead.
However, I really like how the app for the Fitbug works, and did not like the apps for Jawbone when I checked that, and Fitbit is way too expensive for me, and the Bellabeat Leaf is the WORST possible fitness tracker ever ! I can't believe that people pay $200 for that thing just because it is pretty. I didn't want to tell Robin that I hated it; but finally had to explain why I wasn't wearing it.
I hoped she could return it and get her money back.
She told me to give it away, or sell it , or whatever. So, it just sits there and I don't know what I will do with it. Maybe eBay it.

I can tolerate the fitbit band even in this heat which is something because I don't even wear rings anymore.

    I don't wear a bra...ever so can't clip it there. :)

It is water proof and you can shower with it but I take it off. Also the battery charge lasts at least 5 days and charges up quickly. Since it was a gift and it works for what I want I'm happy with it.

If I was buying one myself and researching them....I don't know which one I'd choose but money would be a big factor.

Waterproof isn't so important to me, but comfort is, so if I didn't tolerate this on my wrist, I'd look for a clip on.

Guess I could clip it to my undies cause I do wear those. :)

Mornin' Looks to be another beautiful day here in the state where corn grows tall and bacon is born. Low 80's and sunshine, the hot lil' weather gal on KWQC says.
I'm havin' a lazy day. Finally got up at 6am, only because I had to P. Still ain't got my pants on. Who cares? I ain't goin nowhere.
Breakfast. Lets see, I got me coffee. Sooner or later I'll get hungry. Maybe not. Lately, I been eatin only because I know I need to get my blood sugar up. I'm kinda sick of this bland, tasteless diet. But, if I make stuff I really want and like, I won't be able to eat it in moderation. I'll pig out, then start gaining weight back. What to do, what to do?
Guess the boys caught a few fish over the weekend. Probably not enough for a back yard cookout though. Haven't heard yet. Saw photos of a couple.
Dad and I used to fish early in the morning, as soon as the sun started coming up. We usually fished for bass from our home built wood Jon boat. As we caught big bass, we would release smaller ones we caught. When the bass quit hitting our lures, we went home.
Some mornings we had a pretty impressive stringer of big bass. People just arriving to fish would get all excited after seeing them.
I would give a lot to once again fish for bass one more time, from that old wood boat with my dad.
Well, I better check Facebook for any news about family. I heard sirens during the night.:(
    Have a good day y'all.:)

Good morning everyone, restless night. Think we are only 97 today but I already forgot. First thing I looked at
This morning. I've been up for an hour already and can barely keep my eyes open.

I have to sleep well wednesday night for my early morning drive to my daughter's house on thurs. I don't think I could do it today...so sleepy and I have to get dressed because pest control is coming to check traps.

My youngest grandsons used to love the monkey song, would sing it to them.

The dr in the video looks like a monkey Hitler, lol.
