Mornin'. Another hump day. So, happy humpin'. OK Ike, enough of the locker room talk. Ya don't wanna cause mass mayhem among any liberals who might be tuned in here.
So, today, two things. Grub comes, and later, the much awaited third debate. Make her cry, Donald.
Got my October issue of The American Rifleman yesterday. It had two front covers. The outer one was a full page photo of Hillary, (gag). I think we're supposed to tear it off and use it as a target.:D
So, my grandson broke his hand playing football on his high school team a week or so ago. A few nights ago he hurt it playing on his ball team, with his hand in a cast. Now, he may need surgery. WTF? Why was he allowed to play with a broken hand? It's high school, not the big leagues.
We have a balmy 48 degrees under clear skies, here high atop the third floor of my building, in beautiful downtown pearl city. Pearl city was what they called my town back in the days when they were making buttons out of all the clam shells in the river. My town had two main industries. Pearl buttons and wood products. There were button factories all over town, and two big wood sash and door plants, plus sawmills. Only a couple button factories are still here, making plastic buttons. One of the sash and door plants has been made over and absorbed into a large company that makes steel office furniture. The other one burned down.
The house my dad built, now owned by my daughter, has window sash and interior doors and woodwork, that all came from the plant that burned down. Dad worked there when he was building the house.
So, I gotta go. I see my coffee mug is M T again. Be careful out there. If you see Hillary's bus, get away from it. It may take a dump on you if you're too close.

@Ike Willis - Pearl City, how nice that sounds. Not good news for your Grandson, hope its not too bad and
    doesn't need surgery
Its one of those iffy days for me, I'd better concentrate
I put on a new pinafore style dress this morning, it came with a top to go underneath it
I looked at it in the mirror and was a little disappointed, didn't look quite right, but would do a turn I says
So went shopping - the front of the neck was scratchy and I discovered the label there !
Oh no ! I have the whole thing on back to front !
When I got home I changed it to face the right way and it now looks fine - now there's a first
Inside out, I've done - not back to front :p Oh well, I'll mosey on ......................

Good morning everyone, @Patsy Faye ...you're late, or am I early today? :)

74 today but the morning feels colder for the first time...brrrr. I'm not prepared, have to get the things I put on over my nightie when it's cold. Don't wear a robe.

    Errands today.

Enjoyed your story this morning @Ike Willis. Also reminded me of all the magazines my husband would get. Was there one called "Soldier of Fortune" or something like that? Also recall a "Guns and Ammo"....jeez he had more magazines than I did.

    That explains it! :)

Plus I see that we were posting at the same time.

Edit: @Patsy Faye .....you gave me a good laugh to start my day. I've done inside out also but never backwards except in high school. One year it became popular the wear our sweaters over our blouses buttoned in the back instead of the front...don't know if it was a local fad or not. Then we would put a circle pin under the collar of our blouse. I remember one outfit I wore like that. Blouse was white, sweater navy blue and skirt was a plaid with some navy in it and then navy knee socks...can't remember the shoes...

Here's my morning routine, pretty much in this order, but subject to change, and forgetfulness;)

    sit up
    reach for socks, slippers, robe
    visit the latrine
    start coffee
turn on lights (I think I do this first??)
wash face (cold water if I'm not in the mood to wait for hot)
    turn on TV Fireplace
    drink a bunch of water
oh yeah, move all my bedside goodies to my end-table next to chair
somewhere in there I turn on my laptop
    go fix coffee
    sit down in recliner
    put laptop on my lap

What's yours? LOL!! I know I forgot a few things, but they are only on a "need to know" basis.
