He's also very quick to get rid of you, so if my labs are ready he'll discuss that. I wanted to discuss my depression too but won't have time.

My other dr would even spend a half hour with me. She'd hug me, remembered things I said I was doing then would ask about them.

She also did a thorough exam...even listening to pulse points down my whole body. This one does a quick listen up front and back if he doesn't forget.

That's exactly what he looks like. I think bugged out eyes are a sign of overactive thyroid? He's a dr...he should get it checked.

If I had the nerve I'd snap a quick pic but I'm afraid to...he might not write me a script for pain meds.

Maybe I can Find his pic online...I'll be back...

Took my shower at 6:30am so I would be freshly scrubbed for my doc appt. this afternoon. Woulda took it later but, every time I try that, everyone I ever knew calls me on the phone or pounds on my door. Only time I can be assured of any privacy is late night or early morning.
Privacy, that's something I never got much of while I was growing up. I don't know if that was a good or bad thing. The good thing is, my parents kept up on my doings, pretty much. The bad is, I was constantly perfecting my secrecy and hiding skills.
My mom used to go through the stuff in my waste basket in my room. Once, when I was about 14-15, I had a girl classmate write out a romantic sounding note, ending with, "oh, BTW, the rabbit died". I crumbled it up and threw in in my basket.
It had the desired effect. I was tinkering around in the basement when mom let out a screech. "CHESTER, LOOK AT THIS". Dad said something like, "OH MY ACHING A**, WHERE IS HE"?
Eventually I more or less convinced them it was a hoax and they shouldn't be so snoopy.
My hiding skills came into play later. I was living in a two room apartment in a very old building. The room at the entrance was connected to the combo kitchen/living room by a hall. On one side of this hall was a small closet. The whole apartment was wood paneled.
I was accumulating quite a few guns, ammo and sharp, pointy things, like bayonets etc. An apartment in a not so good neighborhood is a poor place to keep that stuff. So, I made a trip to the lumber yard.
There, I was fortunate enough to find the exact same paneling as was on my walls. Also bought a strip of mop board that matched mine.
Well, I made that closet turned gun safe disappear, and when I moved out, put the panel back in place and for all I know, it may still be unfound.:D
