Good Morning All ! It is a better morning or at least I do not feel quite as sore as I have been for the last couple of days. Torn muscles have a way of slowing me down as well as making me a little grumpy. I think it's more of a vulnerability kind of thing rather than just the pain but all will be okay in a couple of weeks and I can go back doing what I like to do and at the same pace I like to do it. Funny thing about getting a boo boo. You can cut your finger or stub your toe but ya never really realize how much you use them until after you hurt them. After the initial damage is done, it seems that every time I move I am given a reminder of what that appendage, muscle, tendon etc. is good for and how much I use them without realizing it. It makes me truthfully appreciate what a true work of art our bodies really are but I do wish I didn't have to go through the pain just to come to this realization. Oh well, just another day in the life of Bobby...........may all have a very, very Blessed Day........

Here are a few photos from today: We spent a lot of today posing in other peoples photos, we felt like celebrities here is Lisa in one.. one of the many staircases to the Rock temple The last flight ... The views... The Cathedral This is in one of the temples at the top of the rock where we were being blessed, the priest asked if we would take a photo, all the while I was taking it he was gently caressing Lisa's bum .... she didn't mind really, feeling sorry for the fact he probably had few pleasures in life.....

You have to take your shoes off in any temples @Patsy Faye you leave them at a counter or just on the entrance steps
