This is Ike's daughter again, Bethanne...I'm just sending a message to let you all know he will be away from his computer for awhile. He is in the hospital again dealing with fluid build up on his legs, kidney stones, pneumonia,....once they get all that under control, hopefully he'll be getting home soon !! That's about all I know so far !! I will try my best to keep his friends posted !! THANKS !!
Thank you Bethanne, I have been worried about him, as I know the rest of us have. He is the person we look to every morning to wake us up with his stories of the past. He is one of the favorites here. Please tell him we love and miss him, and that we will be praying for him to return SOON.

Thanks for the update Bethanne. I'm on another forum with Ike (Hoppy). have you posted about him on KL ? I had an 80 foot tree growing in our deck that was tearing it up and only a few feet from the house iwas afraid the roots were going to start pushing against the foundation. I had the tree removed Friday. He's supposed to come back Monday and grind the stump down. There will have to be repairs made to the deck so I'm thinking of having it done completely over.

Terry, this looks like a grand breakfast, and a very healthy one as well ! It should give you lots of energy for the day, and those good fats will keep you full and tummy satisfied. What is the little patty between the shrooms and the sausage ? It looks like it has veggies in it .

The sausages are Quorn @Yvonne Smith and the pattie is a nut cutlet with various nuts and veg, the bread under the eggs is toasted ciabatta ......I can still taste it
I have never heard of quarn before; so I just looked it up to see what that was. I actually had to type it three times before my iPad didn't change the word to something else; so I guess even the iPad has never heard of quarn, either. The nut patty loooks delicious, and I am sure that it is very healthy for you as well, @Terry Page . I have started substituting almond or coconut flour for regular white flour when cooking, and usually add some ground flax or chia to it as well. This is all new to me; but I am getting healthier, and that makes it worth the effort to learn.
