Came home and they were already busy working. Old fence is down and new one going up soon...I hope. That's my side fence in the back, share fences with neighbors in the back yard. The other two were done already, this was the last one needing replaced. Split cost with neighbor. New gate is my deal because that's my gate and I wanted it replaced. The trees are on my lot but those pots are on his...fence goes in between. 8 ft high wooden fence. Also got a pretty good deal because the neighbor on the other side of this one has a fence company.
Good morning from a quieter and sunny Worcester today, though we escaped storm Doris yesterday, it was just breezy with some drizzle here so no damage done. I have an appointment with my solicitor this morning for some business stuff, then back to the decorating.... Have a good weekend...... Good Morning All When the last youngin' left home, and I was sure she wouldn't kick me out, I pretty much took over the spare bedroom. No need for a 'Man' drawer anymore. I just store all the " I will use this someday..." stuff in there. " Maybe I'm planning to open a hardware store ! " I tell her when she inquires about my collection of bolts, screws, bits of wire, etc. I find in my pockets right before doing the laundry.
I have 3 spare bedrooms and my clothes are in all of them. downsizing is a problem but I have 4 years to do it...change of plans. Daughter and son in law plan to downsize in 4-5 years to a single story on the golf course and they are looking for one that has a mother in law suite or casita on the property for me.
I think so! I'm still throwing things out though because if the perfect house goes on the market, I'm sure they'll downsize sooner....the plan is to wait til the younger boy is off to College. A lot can happen in 4-5 years...Pickles will be 14! I'll be 70!
Good morning to you all, I had another good long night's sleep after a productive day at the decorating. I am really enjoying it now because having wrecked the room, I am at the stage of creating the new look one........this weekend I hope to build the chimney breast for the stove. It's a cloudy damp morning here but 12c is forecast, ....have a great day.......
