Be safe out there driving, especially after you take the Zanex, @Chrissy Cross . I know you are probably either already gone or on the way, but I am saying a prayer you that it all goes smoothly and you get back home safe. Eating afterwards seems like a good plan, especially if you can't eat before the MRI.

I don't know what they'll give me @Shirley Martin ....I'm not too concerned with the noise, I'm just worried about not moving for so long especially when my shoulder hurts...it's gonna hurt more being frozen in one spot. Of course my nose will itch or a stray hair will bother me, etc. I had one once in Hungary on my elbow and it wasn't too bad except the awkward position my arm was put in...thought I'd scream from pain.
At nose itch. The music is not to drown out the noise but to make you relax. Close your eyes and picture yourself on a beautiful beach with the man of your dreams. Oh! That might make you even more aroused. So picture you and me on a beautiful beach looking for the man of your dreams.
Well I'm done and enjoying my well deserved in n out burger. I had a closed MRI, second one was closed in more than the first. I was sweating and I think a coffin has more space. I'm just gonna chill ..I'm so happy for now. Don't know the results but not going to think about it today.
I got a sheet with a portal that I can check it but I'm waiting til I see the pain dr on sept 20th...don't want anything interfering with my trip to daughter's sept 5-12!
Good morning all, it's 8am on a dull looking Saturday and I have nothing planned today except make a vegetarian curry.......Cathy and my grandson Oliver are both working so I will have the house to myself..... It's the summer bank holiday weekend here, so the roads will be overloaded and chaotic, the weather forecast is good so a lot will head for the coast ....... I will not stay in the peace and quiet of home.. Enjoy your weekend whatever you are doing... Maybe some reading.......
