20,000 people is that all? you're lucky ... we get 60,000 for 3 days and nights just a few miles up the road... at the world famous Knebworth house rock concerts http://www.knebworthhouse.com/concerts-2/
But this is just a park in a residential area. I don't even know where people, will park. We have the big Savemart Center which is about 6 miles from my house and that's where all entertainers usually go. http://savemartcenter.com/events/miranda-lambert/
Yes of course I understand your concern if this is just a park... but it's really the same with Knebworth house...it's just the grounds of the house... and there's only a road separating it from a huge built up area of houses. I live 10 miles away from that..and when the concert is on, we can here it late at night from here... I remember my daughter went one year to see Robbie Williams there.....it took her 6 hours to get out of the car park...that's the truth...
Good evening everyone, it's been a strange day I didn't finally go to sleep last night until around 2 am, and overslept this morning waking 10 minutes before a dentists appointment I had, so I called them and they kindly moved it to next Tuesday morning Having just got back from a hot country to a cold one here in the UK and going to a colder one next week, I am not sure what the seasons are, but in anticipation of spring I changed the screen backgrounds of my phone and desktop computer to daffodils yesterday. I picked up a fresh 3 months supply of my BP drugs, the pharmacy then gave me another bag of pills they owed me from the last prescription, so I need another drawer to put them all in. I guess because everything is free here, you kinda take less care when reordering them, its all online now, and sent directly to the pharmacy, and repeats are never questioned... anyway I am ok for nearly 12 months Hope your Thursday is going or has gone well ....
Good morning to you all, it's a brightish damp morning at 4c after a lot of rain last night, I slept better last night but still on uncertain time zones Have a great Friday and weekend to come......
Morning folkies.... It was a wet start to the morning but the sun is shining through now at coming up to 10am...so there's hope for the day yet. I have nothing planned today apart from chores .. I did go out yesterday in the end and get everything done I wanted to do..so that means apart from my exercise walk today, i have no need to go anywhere... Have a good day everybody...
Phew ! Been having a clear out, still a bit more to go ............... Good morning all x Very liberating though so worth it
Good morning everyone! Still in the 70's, all week there was no need to turn on the heat in the morning, the temp barely dropped in the house over night. Have Physical Therapy this morning, might be my last one. If it is then I'll start checking out Silver Sneakers. Have a great Friday everyone.
Continuing to take down pictures down from the walls and packing them. Someone could visit us and wonder "moving in or moving out?" For us, getting ready to "move" and loving it.
I am so glad to be up this morning and know that yesterday is all behind me. Today is payday for us so after I pick my Honey up from work we will go to the bank and make a deposit, then pick up a treat for lunch (don't know what yet) as we usually treat ourselves to an inexpensive lunch on pay days. Then home again where we are just going to chill out. Yesterday was draining on both of us. It's 68 degrees and will get warmer than that as the day goes on...and we have a 30% chance of rain today. We are starting to see signs of Spring being on it's way and that is encouraging. T The new Unit our Landlord is building across from us is coming along just fine. I really love the color they painted the front door. According to our Landlord we should have no new neighbors until at least May or later. Have a great weekend everyone. Mardi Gras is going on over here so traffic is once again heavier than usual on our roads that really aren't good for this.
