You're right Don...it's all out of pocket here.... around £50 per 30 minutes... , and yes all the practitioners I know in the area are very well qualified.
I am awake early today. Taking some extra heart meds........ bad heart night last night ! I made a hot cup of tea, am going to drink that and then go back to bed, and just hoping that it will stabilize soon. I hate it when my heart goes whacko like this !

Good afternoon all.. Been a bit of a grey start this morning but the sun is peeping out now, and it's warming up despite the brisk breeze... I've got surveyors coming today to measure up for a new Central heating boiler, so until they come I can't plan to go anywhere I was just reading the papers this morning, and there's a picture of kris jenner in there today... I have to say she's now gone so far with the cosmetic surgery she looks like a waxwork mannequin.
