I've been using my mini-trampoline more since I got my "pre-diabetes" blood result last February. My lofty goal was 30 minutes a day but I found that I had to start out at 5-10 minutes and I am finally up to 20 minutes. I suppose I could break it up into several mini-sessions but I just want to get it over with. Since I'm having a gout attack in my foot this week, I haven't been able to do much at all; even my Fitbit step count is down to about half of normal. (No category for "hobbling.")
