I'm halfway finished my tablet, pretty hopeful on the healing of Gaba and Glutamate receptors. Long story, I've researched all the material I could get my hands on One thing I know for certain that's helped me is my regular exercise and nutrition. Some people are suffering, even after 2 weeks of taking the benzo's I can't recommend more doing a very tiny taper, then holding that until your body feels stable/normal. I've been tapering, not more than 6% a month since March.
