Oh @Gary Ridenour , why'd ya have to go 'n depress me?! I read that, thought "Oh, I didn't realize it was that recent!" and then the brick hit me that it's almost 30 years. Oy!
Not a Tom Cruise fan since Katie Holmes. Let's just say he has some issues that make him unattractive to me. Would not miss him if he chose to give up acting.
Tom Cruise is a good actor in my opinion. I just wonder how many failed relationships he has to have though, before he realizes Scientology isn't for him. Yes, maybe they helped him at one point in his life, but sometimes you have to outgrow what doesn't fit in your life anymore.I guess he is an adult, and one to be a senior soon. I wish him the best.
Like some of the movies Tom was in. My Mom has AARP and there is always some celebrity sometimes on the cover of her magazines from AARP. We all get old and it's nice to know that when you get old in America there's AARP and seniorsonly.club!
Well I'm a 'retro' girl and none of the stars today can live up to the 'greats' I'm not into 'action movies' either, unless they have good dialogue too Older films 'did' have good dialogue and you had to be good at yer craft to deliver those words well A classic example is Jimmy Stewart - Its a wonderful life
Back in the day I was a huge fan of Tom Cruise, I had the biggest crush on him, after watching Top Gun. The crush didn't last long. There are other actor that I think are handsome, one that was mention is Jimmy Steward, love him in "The Glenn Miller Story," I also mentioned before that Morgan Freeman is another favorite actor, others are Denzel Washington, Gene Kelly, Fred Aster, these are just a few.
@Rachel Rodarte Jimmy Stewart, Gene Kelly, and Fred Astaire were a completely different era. They would be over 100 years old.
@Rachel Rodarte - Pleased to hear you got over that crush - such a little boy Now the 'men' you mention - oh yes - FAB !
