I had avocado this morning , too, with a slice of Dave’s Killer Bread (the kind with lots of different grains and seeds in it ). Then I had some fresh cherries. Your prawns look wonderful, too, @Lon Tanner ! Shrimp and prawns are one of my most favorite seafoods, and I remember going out for lunch with my folks and having prawns when I was just a little kid, and I loved them then, too.
I don't know that I have ever had prawns; living on the Gulf means "shrimp." Lon's photo looks more like scallops but I guess the breading makes them look like that. I bought a bag of fresh cherries with my grocery order this week and they are surprisingly good for early in the season. I'm happy to see summer fruit and vegetables hitting the stores.

When we use to go out for either breakfast or dinner, and didn't eat it all, we get a "Doggy Bag", take home and eat the next day. Whenever I make mac and cheese, there is always some left over and I eat it the next day.
