(2/2/21) Tuesday Morning weight: 135.6 . Erratic scale behavior prompted dusting off the 50-year-old spring-loaded scale this morning, for double-checking. That scale never changes during one encounter as long as you don't jump up and down on it. But it's only accurate to 0.5 lbs (by eyeball). The battery scale finally settled down to one number which was consistent with the number on the old scale. I declare this number to be official. There is a big balance scale out at the mobile home. Maybe I should lug that thing in town too. Egg sandwich: 220 Frozen dinner (+1c mixed vegs): 280 Baked beans: 320 Coffee creamer: 30 Total: 850

(2/5/21) Friday Vehicle spotters have already spotted prototypes of some models of the 2022 Ford on the road, including the Ranger. Some websites claim they are coming out with them soon. There was some reason why no one is much interested in selling a 2021 vehicle, and why they are taking away all the options. Just for fun I entered my truck on the The Clunker Junker website to see what they would give me to haul it off. The first offer was $450. Now it's up to $690. Day 15 Morning weight: 134.8 I'm going to start posting this diet stuff in the mornings instead of evenings.

So Nancy are you deducting the weight of your shoes and clothes averaging around 2 pounds? Just curious.
. I always use to wonder why my weight was less than that at the doctor's office. It's not fair that it's documented in your chart like that. That's a discussion that I'll bring up at my next appointment.
Definitely not fair! On those occasions when one has to strip down, one ought to make the Dr. take the clothes, weigh them, and subtract it off.
Morning weight: 133.6 An updated plot and more numbers. (Too much free time) Day 10 is the day before double-checking with the other scale began. I want a do-over for that day. The new best fit line is: Weight = 138.5 - 0.25 (Day) Provided the calories and activity levels are kept the same, it takes approx 4 days to lose a pound. Average daily calories has been 860. I'm trying to keep it in the 800's. It also gives a rough estimate of maintenance calories, 3500/4 + 860 = 1735. That makes sense, because I've been practically hibernating this winter. Now I know why pinto beans were the second thing, after toilet paper, to run out at the dollar store during the first lockdown. A person could live on beans and never get hungry. It's just so much work cooking them. And then you have to wash the pot too.
Actually that's a good starting point for you, if I'm reading the graph right. Uh oh there I go. Please don't get upset with me, I'm just doing my 'me thing' where I always find a positive somewhere.
